I mean, I'm pretty much a pro at that.

Regardless of what you want, our in-person sessions will start with this:

  1. An in-person meeting (usually over coffee) to discuss goals, scheduling and expectations (for you and I)
  2. Your first session is free and will include a movement screen
  3. All of your workouts will be recorded to Fitbot via iPad, so you'll be able to access your program whenever and wherever. Yes, that means you can workout on your own and know exactly what to do (and how to do it)
